The Taraba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (TACCIMA) is a premier Organized Private Sector (OPS) body. Established in 1991 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a Company Limited by Guarantee in 2014, TACCIMA’s core mandate is to protect, promote, and advocate for the business community in Taraba State.

TACCIMA serves as a central hub for diverse business interests and a strategic partner to the Taraba State Government. The Chamber actively supports economic diversification and development programs, driving industrial growth within the State and Nigeria at large.

The Chamber mobilizes the business community to influence government policy and provides a platform for local and international exhibitions, strategic trade missions, and forums for Business-to-Business (B2B) matchmaking. These initiatives facilitate the exchange of ideas and promote trade and investment flows.

Operating as a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-sectarian organization, TACCIMA is funded through corporate subscriptions, membership dues, voluntary associations, and government grants. The Chamber provides essential advocacy, industry training, and networking services, including specialized trade groups that facilitate sector-specific engagement and policy influence.
